Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at simbacrack10@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Order cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at simbacrack10@gmail.com.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows no updates for 15 days, or your package was never delivered, contact us and we'll help you with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process it.
